Erica Gifford Mills is a coach, international speaker, award-winning author, and the founder of Balanced Symmetree and International Women Speakers Summit.
I used to think strength meant never falling apart. But life had other plans. Through the battle of breast cancer, she learned that she wasn’t being broken; she was being rebuilt. Through the devastating loss of her only child, USMC Sergeant Conner Mills, she was rooted in a pain and power she didn’t know she had.
Erica doesn’t teach from a textbook. She teaches from the battlefield of life. She blends corporate leadership with emotional intelligence to help women lead from a place of resilience and rooted strength.
She is currently leading a movement through her Lead Like a Woman book collaboration, amplifying the voices of powerhouse women who are redefining leadership.
